Agreement about storing your data

In order to be able to participate in the competition your person-related data will be gathered, stored and evaluated. Such gathered and stored data include: name, given name, company, industry, department, position, address, phone number, fax number, email address, date and time of participation as well as the answers that you have provided. Participation in our competition means that you automatically agree to your particulars being stored for additional promotional purposes by Verder BV and its foreign representatives.

Information and objections

You can demand written information about the data that we have stored about you at any time. If the stored data should prove to be incorrect you can demand its correction. In addition, you can revoke your permission for the storage and evaluation of your data at any later date, either in writing or per email. Should you revoke your permission within the duration of the competition then you will no longer participate in the competition, as your data cannot be evaluated without being stored. Use of mailing, fax and eMail addresses

During the duration of the competition we will inform you of its process up to its completion at regular intervals by mail, fax or eMail.

Use of data in the event of a win

If you should win then you agree to the publication of your name, part of your address and photo on our Internet pages. You can revoke this use of data at any time later, either in writing or per email.
